Adila Gathers

Adila Gathers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event coordination, human resources, and program assistance. Currently serving as a Play to Learn Facilitator at Explore & More - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children's Museum since January 2023, Adila previously held the role of Event Coordinator and Associate Research Analyst at Sports Innovation Lab from January 2021 to July 2022. Adila's experience also includes a position as Human Resource Manager at Luv & Care Home Care, where responsibilities included identifying KPIs and improving business processes. Prior roles encompass Program Assistant at The Winning Edge Leadership Academy, Front Desk Agent at Buffalo Marriott HARBORCENTER, and a professional basketball player for Santeras de Aguada in Puerto Rico. Adila holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from Niagara University.
