Ellen Latham is the Creator and Co-Founder of Orangetheory Fitness and has served as the Spa Director and Owner of Williams Island Spa and Eden Roc Spa. With a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education obtained from the University of New York at Buffalo, and a High School Diploma from Niagara Falls High School, Ellen Latham brings a wealth of experience in fitness and spa management.
