Erin Cooke Mills

Erin Cooke Mills is a fitness and management professional with extensive experience in coaching, sales, and recruitment. Currently serving as an Orangetheory Fitness Coach since May 2024, Erin has previously held fitness coach and sales director roles at F45 Training from March 2023 to May 2024, as well as recruitment manager at Passages from July 2023 to February 2024. Additional roles include studio manager at Orangetheory Fitness from March 2022 to March 2023 and various management positions at Turning Point USA between October 2018 and March 2022. Erin's early career includes positions in hospitality and education, with a foundation in political science from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a concentration in Political Science from Covenant College.
