Boris Alberda

Boris Alberda is an experienced professional in social impact and innovation, currently serving as Team Lead for Knowledge, Impact, and Innovation at Oranje Fonds since April 2021, where the focus is on fostering social cohesion in the Netherlands. Previously, Boris held the role of Manager Innovation at Oxfam Novib, overseeing a team that managed a Global Innovation Fund. Additional experience includes business development and entrepreneurship initiatives at Cordaid, executive board membership at the Social Business Incubator, and work with various organizations including UNICEF and several marketing consulting firms. Boris's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Groningen and a leadership program at THNK School of Leadership.
