Oliver Levers

Oliver Levers, PhD, is an experienced Earth Observation Engineer at Orbify since July 2023, previously working as a Researcher at Single.Earth from November 2021 to July 2023, where the focus was on making carbon removal and biodiversity tradable. Prior to that, Oliver served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) from October 2019 to November 2021, contributing to the Global Oasis Project. An early career included roles as a Research Scientist at Paraytec Ltd from June 2011 to June 2013 and as an Engineering Assistant at Novozymes from October 2008 to April 2009. Oliver obtained a PhD in Chemical Biology from Imperial College London between 2015 and 2019, alongside two master's degrees from the same institution and a Master of Chemistry from the University of York, completed from 2009 to 2013.
