Melissa Densborn

Melissa Densborn has extensive experience in system administration and technical support roles, primarily at Orchard Software since June 2014, where positions have included System Administration Team Lead and Enterprise Post Implementation Team Lead. Responsibilities involve troubleshooting, technical support, and database refinement for clients using Orchard's LIS software. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Alverno Clinical Laboratories from May 2008 to June 2014 as a Medical Technologist II, gaining comprehensive laboratory experience across multiple areas and serving as an acting supervisor during overnight shifts. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Purdue University.
