Olivia Higgins

Olivia Higgins is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales roles. Currently serving as a Customer Care Advocate and previously an Account Executive at Orchard Software since January 2022, Olivia has developed strong customer relations skills. Prior to this, Olivia worked as an Account Representative at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc after the acquisition of ArcelorMittal in December 2020 and held a similar position at ArcelorMittal USA. Early career experiences include roles at National Material Company as an Inside Sales Representative, at Franciscan Alliance, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant and Intern, and various positions at Porter Health Systems, Pottawattomie Country Club, and Olive Garden. Olivia graduated from Purdue University Northwest in 2017 with a degree in Communication.
