Canisiu Piyo Kanistus is an experienced line cook currently employed at Oregano since March 2022, where responsibilities include ensuring high-quality food preparation and adherence to recipes and procedural directions. Previously, Canisiu held a line cook position at Sunpark from September 2020 to November 2021 and completed an internship at ITC Welcome Grand Bay Hotel from November 2018 to February 2019. Canisiu holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Asan Memorial College of Arts and Science, earned between June 2017 and April 2020.
