Jess Marks

Jess Marks is an experienced professional in nonprofit leadership and consulting, currently serving as the Executive Director of Oregon Alliance for Gun Safety since May 2023 and as a consultant at Jess Marks Consulting since June 2022. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Slalom, Founder and Executive Director of The Refugee Center Online, and Student Services Coordinator at Montana State University. Jess Marks co-directed the Minmahaw Education Foundation and served as Programs Director for the African Immigrant and Refugee Foundation, along with various roles in volunteer coordination and research assistance. Jess Marks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Whitman College, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Montana State University-Bozeman, and a Diversity and Inclusion Cornell Certificate from Cornell University.
