Ryan Adovnik

Ryan Adovnik, MBA, possesses over 15 years of leadership experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Sergeant First Class and Platoon Sergeant at the Oregon Army National Guard, Ryan assists deploying soldiers with their pay and provides support to the families of deceased soldiers. Experience includes roles as a Senior Financial Analyst at NuScale Power, where Ryan led financial analysis for major projects exceeding $1 billion and fostered partnerships across departments. Prior positions include Controller and Sales Analyst at Vestas, where Ryan contributed to the financial performance of contracts valued over $3 billion and played a key role in securing $5 billion in new business. Earlier experience at U.S. Bank involved managing and analyzing credit portfolios. Ryan holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a BA in Accounting and Finance from George Fox University.
