Carolyn Vivian is an experienced real estate broker currently affiliated with Windermere Real Estate/Himlie, Inc. since April 2014, specializing in property transactions on Harstine Island and in the Shelton, Washington areas. Carolyn has also been a licensed real estate broker in Washington through Oregon First since 2009, facilitating buyers and sellers within the Hartstene Pointe community and beyond.
