Sadie Holt is currently a student at Oregon Health & Science University, having previously worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Adventure Medics and the city of Eugene. Sadie has served as a Human Performance Alliance Scholar with the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance and a Knight Campus Undergraduate Scholar at the Phil and Penny Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Impact at the University of Oregon. Additionally, Sadie has experience as a Research Assistant at Bowerman Sports Science Clinic, a Front Rooms Volunteer at White Bird Clinic, and a Classroom Volunteer at Relief Nursery. Earlier roles include serving as a Group Fitness Instructor and Peer Wellness Advocate at the University of Oregon and chairing the Student Health Advisory Board at the University Health Center. Sadie holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from the University of Oregon and graduated from Sprague High School in 2019.
