Christine Hays

Christine Hays is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Oregon Symphony since March 2024. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Human Resources Director at Albertina Kerr Centers from April 2014 to March 2024, where responsibilities included HR department operations, program design and implementation, and strategic HR planning. Christine also served as the Human Resources Manager at Opus Events Agency and has extensive experience in various HR generalist roles, including a significant position at The Art Institute of Portland. Earlier career experience includes managing HR functions for Retail Imaging Management Group, where oversight was provided for 170 employees across multiple states. Christine's educational background includes a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from Marylhurst University, along with studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
