Laura Heitzman is an accomplished sales and operations professional with extensive experience in the beauty and wellness industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Southeast at Oribe Hair Care since October 2017, Laura previously held the position of Director of Sales at RedBluff Media from 2013 to September 2017, focusing on business growth in the retail and beauty sectors. Laura's experience includes leadership roles at HeavenGroup, Inc. as Regional VP Sales & Operations, where recruitment and training of sales talent were paramount, and at Aveda (Neill Corp) as Executive Director Field Sales & Education, where Laura successfully grew distribution channels. Additional early career roles included Retail Store Manager & Salon Director and Spa Director at Neill, further solidifying a strong foundation in retail and service management.
