Tom Duong

Tom Duong is an IT Engineer at Origin Energy, with a professional background in technical support as a Desktop Support Engineer at both DXC Technology and Twitch. At DXC Technology, Tom provided level 1 and 2 technical support, successfully troubleshooting issues for clients within defined Service Level Agreements. Tom also gained experience in broadcasting as an Affiliate Broadcaster for Twitch, creating graphics and producing live video content. Earlier, as a Community Development Intern with Professional and Community Engagement, Tom was involved in enhancing the data management systems for Macquarie University’s physiotherapy program through project development and user requirement analysis. Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Macquarie University and studied Computing at the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology.
