Deepash Shah

Deepash Shah is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in solution design and enterprise applications. Currently serving as Head of Solution Design and Development at Clarion Housing Group since July 2022, Deepash leads a team of 24 in driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly enhancing Dynamics CRM and ERP systems. Prior to this, Deepash held various senior positions at Leonard Cheshire from July 2001 to July 2022, including Head of IT, where responsibility encompassed all IT services, infrastructure, and cyber security. Deepash also functioned as Enterprise Architect within a Dynamics Programme, successfully implementing comprehensive business transformation and ERP solutions. Earlier roles include Business Systems Manager, IT Systems Development Manager, IT Project Manager, and IT Specialist, all contributing to a well-rounded expertise in managing and delivering technology solutions. Deepash holds a BSc in Business and IT from London South Bank University.
