Dev Patel

Dev Patel is currently a Certified Nursing Assistant at Orlando Health, responsible for performing basic tests and assisting in patient care. In addition, Patel serves as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, engaging in experiments with Drosophila flies to study host-pathogen interactions and contributing to a pilot study with New York University School of Medicine's epidemiology department. As the Volunteering Director and a Distinguished Member of the American Medical Student Association, Patel demonstrates leadership in the medical community. Additionally, Patel tutors students in math and SAT preparation through Orange County Public Schools and has experience as an Online Personal Shopper at Hyvee Grocery. Dev Patel is pursuing a degree at the University of Central Florida, following the completion of a High School Diploma from Quincy Sr High School.
