Vadim Zaitsev

Vadim Zaitsev currently serves as the General Director of Ornua Rus since June 2013, overseeing consumer and ingredients business operations in Russia and CIS markets, along with local business strategy development and team leadership. Zaitsev has extensive experience in sales and marketing within various companies, including Nestle Waters and Ehrmann, where responsibilities encompassed profit and revenue growth, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and the establishment of distribution networks. Beginning a career in sales at Perfetti Van Melle, Zaitsev rose through the ranks to divisional management. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from Antwerp Management School and a degree from Kazan National Research Technical University.
