Barbara Statland

Barbara Statland currently serves as the Director of the Metropolitan Chicago Region for ORT America, where oversight of an annual campaign exceeding $1,000,000 is a primary responsibility. Barbara manages office operations, campaign events, and fundraising projects, including two resale shops in Highland Park and Evanston, while collaborating with a board of over 75 women. Previously, Barbara held positions at the Chicago Botanic Garden, first as the Manager of Special Events, overseeing major public programs, and then as the Coordinator of Membership Events, focusing on event logistics and vendor coordination. Barbara's educational background includes degrees in Speech/Theatre from the University of Illinois and the University of Illinois-Chicago.
