Karin Griffioen

Karin Griffioen is currently the Director of Energy at ORTEC, a leading supplier of mathematical optimization software and advanced analytics, where Karin has been since December 2011. With a focus on optimizing business processes for over 1,200 companies, ORTEC significantly contributes to global improvements. Prior experience includes an internship at IIT's Advanced Robotics Department and a role as a student assistant at TU Delft’s Delft Biorobotics Laboratory, alongside an internship modeling greenhouse airflow at Wilk van der Sande. Karin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
