Lawrence Hill

Lawrence Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and advisory services. Currently serving as a Consultant at Ortecha since October 2024, Lawrence previously held the role of Advisory & Community Manager at Practicus from February 2017 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading strategic development of advisory services and translating customer feedback into new offerings. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Search Lead at Practicus, focusing on the Digital, Data, and IoT sectors, and as an International Search Consultant at The Spencer Group, specializing in senior leadership searches for educational and commercial organizations globally. Lawrence began career as an Associate Consultant at The Spencer Group and holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Sussex, complemented by further education from Pendo, Google, and Mind the Product in December 2023.
