Mia Huang is a PhD candidate in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Cornell University, focusing on bioenergetic programs of bone in mouse skeletons under mechanical load. Currently serving as a senior associate at the Cornell Graduate Consulting Club, Mia leads a consulting team offering a range of services including market research and business strategy. Contributions as a member of the Orthopaedic Research Society’s Scientific Communication Committee involve drafting monthly basic science tips in multiple languages, while participation in the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research involves attending seminars on translational research. As Co-President of InSITE, Mia engages in consulting projects for innovative companies and organizes networking events.
