Kaja Stevenson

Kaja Stevenson, PsyD, is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources with significant experience at OrthoArizona since April 2019, where roles have included People Relations & Organizational Development Consultant and Interim Chief People Officer. Kaja has successfully created performance management systems, improved HR communication strategies, and facilitated training initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as an Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant at Dr. Kaja Stevenson, LLC, and various HR positions at Aventura, including Director of Human Resources. Kaja's educational background includes a PsyD in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University, along with studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montana.
