Jean-Claude Costanzo

Jean-Claude Costanzo is an experienced IT Business Analyst with a focus on the Oil & Gas downstream industry, currently engaged in an ERP rollout across 18 African countries at Oryx Energies since March 2024. Prior experience includes project management at forteq group and a previous IT Business Analyst role at Oryx Energies. Jean-Claude has held significant positions at Novartis as a JDE Finance and Supply Chain Business Analyst, and at Tupperware Brands, where responsibilities included leading the JDE World Software solutions group. Moreover, experience spans roles at Alcon, Logicom Solutions, Shell, and KPMG UK in various capacities related to JDE implementation and support. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Chapman University, complemented by an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from ESARC.
