Kelsey Jarmus

Kelsey Jarmus, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Organization Strategy at Osaic, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Kelsey held a similar role at Lincoln Financial Group from January 2013 to May 2024, where significant contributions included developing change management plans that enhanced business growth and customer engagement, as well as leading the migration of Lincoln Financial Securities to Microsoft 365. Kelsey's career began with various roles including Transition Consultant and Administrative Assistant, demonstrating expertise in project management, strategic initiatives, and client relations. Kelsey earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from DePauw University.
