Jurgen Zijlmans

Jurgen Zijlmans is a seasoned professional in the field of motion control equipment and handling systems, currently serving as General Manager at Osbit since May 2023. Previously, Zijlmans held the position of Sales Manager at IQIP from June 2021 to April 2023, focusing on the development and sales of specialist handling equipment, with an emphasis on a Dynamic Outrigger Frame. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Royal IHC, where Zijlmans served in various roles from September 2008 to June 2021, including Senior Sales Manager for Handling Equipment, overseeing marketing and sales for well intervention and handling products, and was involved in pivotal product development initiatives such as the commercial Noise Mitigation System for offshore pile driving. Zijlmans holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, acquired between 2004 and 2008.
