Scott Nettleton

Scott Nettleton is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in bridge and structural design. Currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for Bridges and Structures at Otak since September 2017, Scott oversees a team specializing in bridge and building design across Oregon and Southwest Washington, contributing to architectural projects nationwide. Prior to this role, Scott owned Nettleton Design and Research LLC and held notable positions at T.Y. Lin International as a Senior Associate, leading engineering projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, and at David Evans and Associates, where Scott worked on complex structures and seismic retrofits. Scott’s career in engineering began at the Oregon Department of Transportation, focusing on traffic, inspection, and bridge engineering. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.
