Tracy Phelps Emmanuel

Tracy Phelps Emmanuel is a skilled professional in water and natural resource management with extensive experience in fluvial geomorphology. Currently serving as the Colorado Water and Natural Resources Manager and Senior Project Manager at Otak since February 2015, Tracy has held multiple roles within the company, including Technical Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Fluvial Geomorphologist at Walsh Environmental from June 2014 to February 2015, and as Project Scientist and Fluvial Geomorphologist at Telesto Solutions, Inc. from March 2006 to May 2014. Tracy began a career in environmental science as a Staff Scientist at Herrera Environmental Consultants from August 2003 to June 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Watershed Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Environmental Studies from Brevard College.
