Brittany Colker

Brittany Colker currently serves as the West Coast Account Manager for FIS by Oterra since October 2023. Previously, Brittany held the position of Nutrition Account Manager at Genomatica from February 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing key sales accounts, supporting market growth, and participating in industry events. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Development Scientist at Jeneil Biotech Inc., where Brittany led innovation in plant-based products and conducted extensive research in food chemistry and sensory studies. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
