Carolin Dunker

Carolin Dunker currently serves as the Application Excellence Manager and Teamleader of the Global Expertise Center at Oterra since April 2021. Prior to this role, Carolin held various positions at Chr. Hansen from September 2012 to March 2021, including Teamleader of the Global Expertise Center focused on Natural Colors and Coloring Foods, as well as Application Manager roles. Earlier experience includes a position in product development at LOGOCOS Naturkosmetik AG from September 2010 to August 2012. Carolin Dunker earned a Master of Science in Lebensmitteltechnologie from OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts between 2005 and 2010.
