Kirk Hyde

Kirk R. Hyde served as a member of the Otis Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2020 and is the proud parent of two Otis College alums. He graduated from USC with a BS in Business and a minor in Graphic design. Presently, he serves as General Partner for the Hyde Family Partnership and Hyde Properties, a timber management company based in Washington State. From 1975 to 1996, Kirk was President and CEO of Kirk Plastic Company, a manufacturer and distributor of high value plastic transaction cards. He also served as President and CEO of Oberthur Card Systems USA, headquartered in Paris, France from 1996 to 1999. Kirk is a board member of the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region since 1990, having served as Chairman in 2001 and 2002. Kirk also served as a Board member of Goodwill Southern California for over ten years.
