Dana Newcomb has extensive experience in the elevator industry, currently serving as a Product Owner for Global New Equipment CRM at Otis Elevator Co. since September 2009. Dana has held various roles at Otis, including Senior Account Manager for New Equipment Sales, Manager of the eLogistics Product Support Team, Product Support Analyst, and Billing Analyst. Prior to Otis, Dana worked as a Service Marketing Database Analyst at Kelly Services. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Vermont and an MBA in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College.
