Molly Nuhring

Molly Nuhring serves as the SVP of Colleague Experience & Services at Otis Elevator Co. since May 2015, overseeing HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, and colleague experience initiatives. Previously, Molly held the role of VP of Global Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included establishing a community of expertise in talent acquisition and managing projects focused on executive recruitment and DEI strategy. Earlier positions at Otis included Director and Associate Director of Talent, as well as Manager of HR Projects & Technology. Prior to joining Otis, Molly worked at RB as a Senior HR Business Partner and held various HR roles at General Mills, including Associate Human Resources Manager. Molly holds an MBA in Management from Missouri State University and a BS in Human Resources and Industrial Relations & Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
