Zsófia Varga-Lukucz

Zsófia Varga-Lukucz is an experienced professional in operational risk management, currently serving as an Operational Risk Consultant at OTP Bank since April 2024 and as an Operational Risk Manager and Workout Manager at CIB Bank since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Zsófia dedicated time to family responsibilities as a Mother/Ceremony Leader from January 2018 to November 2021, and held various positions at CIB Bank from June 2011 to January 2018, including Supervisor, Claim Management Staff, Soft Collection Trainer, and Soft Collection Operator. Zsófia's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Teacher of Hungarian language and literature and teacher of speech and language from Eötvös Loránd University, completed in 2015, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Hungarian language and literature obtained in 2012.
