Branimir Spasic

Branimir Spasic is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and control, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board at OTP banka Srbija since September 2019, while also holding the position of Chief Finance Officer at Societe Generale Srbija since December 2017. Branimir has a robust background in advising management, supervising compliance with tax laws, and overseeing budget development and financial reporting. With previous roles including Manager of Financial Control Department and Manager of Financial Projects and Data Quality at Societe Generale Serbia, Branimir has demonstrated expertise in IFRS reporting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Internal Audit from the University of Economics Beograd.
