Manas Poddar

Manas Poddar is a professional with extensive experience in building and program management across various sectors. Currently, at OTPless since November 2022, Manas is focused on developing the organization. Previously, at BharatPe from May 2020 to November 2022, Manas contributed to the establishment of Unity SFBank as a Program Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Auctus Advisors, where significant achievements included formulating growth strategies and facilitating debt financing. Manas also led marketing efforts as Core Team Lead at Rendezvous IITD, driving revenue growth and initiating impactful campaigns. Early career experiences include a summer internship at NITI Aayog, where contributions received recognition from the CEO, and an internship at Aditya Birla Finance focusing on credit analysis. Manas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a high school diploma from The Doon School.
