Umer Riaz

Umer Riaz is an experienced IT Consultant and Business Analyst currently working at the City of Ottawa since August 2019, focusing on implementing Dynamics 365 customer engagement and field service solutions while promoting business agility and customer-centric design thinking. Previously, Umer served as a Claims Advisor at Crawford & Company, managing auto physical damages claims and analyzing business requirements. Umer's career also includes roles as a Business Analyst for electronic channels at Bank Al Habib Limited, where significant contributions were made to the core banking application, and as a Product Analyst at Meezan Bank Limited, leading initiatives to enhance financial services in rural Pakistan.
