Leslie Shade has over 12 years of experience at Otter Products, currently serving as the Director of Product Categories & Design, and has held various roles including Sr. Manager Product Segments and Product Portfolio Manager. Prior experience includes over five years at Bank of the West as a Customer Service Agent III. Leslie has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Social Sciences & Economics from Colorado State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Colby Community College.
