John Sheehan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management, currently serving as the Director of IT Service Management at OU Health since May 2022. Previously, John held the position of Vice President of Service Management at Morris Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included building the Service Management practice. John's expertise extends to implementing ServiceNow for Beacon Health Options and leading infrastructure programs at UMass Memorial Medical Center. As the owner of Donegal Consulting LLC, John established a consulting firm focusing on Service Management and Enterprise Automation.
