Joshua Sam

Joshua Sam is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the General Manager of Cell Manufacturing at Our Next Energy since June 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua held various senior management positions at Tesla from October 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of 550 employees in the manufacturing of Battery Packs for Model 3 and Model Y vehicles, overseeing drive unit operations, and managing supplier industrialization projects. Joshua's earlier experience includes project management and process engineering roles at ABB and WABCO, respectively, with significant achievements in facility construction and operational efficiency improvements. Joshua holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University.
