Luz Ramirez

Luz Ramirez is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in retention marketing and CRM strategies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Retention at Our Place, Luz has played a key role in building a first-in-class CRM department focused on segmentation and automation. Previous positions include the Director of Retention at Bombas, where Luz established a retention function, and Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Food52, managing cross-functional teams for engagement and sales goals. Additional experience includes roles in email marketing and digital marketing at companies such as Blue Apron, Birchbox, and SRSsoft. Luz holds a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing/Advertising with a minor in Public Relations from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
