Kayla Williams

Kayla Williams is an experienced professional in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as Ticketing Manager at Outback Presents since April 2019, after progressing through roles as Ticketing Coordinator and Ticket Count Analyst/Receptionist. Prior experience includes working as Artist Relations Assistant at Bluegrass Underground, Event Staff at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum, and VIP Staff at CID Entertainment. Kayla has also contributed as a Support Associate and Account Representative at Broadcast Music, Inc., where administrative and customer service skills were utilized. Previous roles include hosting at the Grand Ole Opry, an A&R internship at Warner Music Group, and radio promotions at WSM 650 AM.
