Currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Viva Chicken since December 2022, Keith previously managed restaurants at Outback Steakhouse, Red Robin, and Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. Keith's extensive experience includes roles as Assistant General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Sous Chef, showcasing a strong culinary and operational skill set. Keith holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2005.
