Saman Hosseinpour

Saman Hosseinpour is an accomplished researcher and academic with expertise in corrosion science and materials engineering. Currently serving as the R&D Team Lead at Outokumpu and Group Leader at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Saman's work focuses on surface functionalization, emulsions, and the development of environmentally friendly coatings. Additionally, Saman holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and has a background as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max-Planck Institute for Polymer Research. Saman's educational credentials include a PhD in Corrosion Science from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Material Engineering from Azad University of Saveh. Saman has also contributed to the organizational landscape as a member of the board for the Ph.D. Student Council and as Chairman of the Board for PerSiS, promoting Iranian culture in Sweden.
