Incorporated in February 2006, Ubq's vision is to be a leader in providing Information Technology solutions that demystify and humanize technology, making them Simple,Scalable, and Affordable.

Founded by Dr. Amitava Datta and Dr. Anjan Basu, stalwarts from Siemens, Ubq is focused on delivering new age, in-house and Cloud based IT solutions in the Healthcare and Retail/Distribution verticals. Cloud based solutions are the way of the future, aimed at significantly reducing the Total Cost of Ownership of IT solutions. 

Ubq is a pioneer in delivering Cloud based solutions in the Healthcare and Retail/Distribution verticals in India. Its services have been successfully used for over 5 years in India, starting from January 2008. 

Ubq solutions come with a built-in Business Intelligence tool (or Management Dashboard), making it easier for our customers to get a better handle on their business data. Ubq is committed to keeping the cost of IT solutions to a minimum. This has been achieved by basing the products on robust Open Source Technologies, like Java/J2EE. Ubq's products are both platform and database independent and can run on Windows as well as on Linux.
