JoAnn Campbell Kilpatrick is an experienced education leader with a diverse background in alternative education and strategic program development. Currently serving as the ESA and Alternative Education Strategy at Outschool, JoAnn co-founded Alternas, which focuses on personalized learning solutions for children. With previous roles as Senior Advisor at FitMoney, Director of Online Education Programs at Merrimack College, and Vice President at 2U, JoAnn has successfully driven initiatives in K-12 education, financial literacy, and online learning. A former school principal and dean, JoAnn's academic credentials include an Ed.D. from Boston University and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University.
