Harmen Hoogwout

Harmen Hoogwout currently serves as the Regional Vice President for Northern Europe at OutSystems since October 2022, leading the region and reporting to the VP EMEA. Prior to this role, Harmen was the Regional Sales Director at OutSystems, overseeing the sales organization in The Netherlands and Northern Europe. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Sales Director at BRYTER, leading sales for the DACH and BeNeLux regions, and holding various positions at Mansystems, BMC Software, and Sun Microsystems, where responsibilities included commercial direction, sales management, and account management across multiple industries. Harmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
