Steven Finkle has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Food and Beverage Director and Multi Unit General Manager at Gila River Hotels & Casinos since February 2010 and Ovations Food Services, LP since February 2011. Previously, Steven was the General Manager at Tomatoes & A Mozzarella from January 2008 to January 2009, where responsibilities included opening a new location and leading staff hiring and training. Additionally, Steven held the General Manager position at FOX Restaurant Concepts, SAUCE Pizza and Wine from January 2006 to January 2008, and from January 2000 to January 2006, managed the franchise operations of 3 Tomatoes & a Mozzarella, focusing on training and development for new stores in Oklahoma and Las Vegas.
