Steven Splinter

Steven Splinter serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Radient Technologies Inc. since June 2001, where the company focuses on converting renewable biomass into high-value natural ingredients for various applications, leveraging patented Microwave-assisted Processing technology. Prior to this role, Steven held several leadership positions at BC Research Inc., including President, CEO, and Director, as well as Director of Chemical & Environmental Processes, contributing to research and development in multiple scientific fields. Steven earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Science from Western University and both a Master of Science in Materials Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.
