Thiago Oliva

Thiago Oliva possesses a robust background in policy and law, currently serving as Acting Deputy Head of Case & Policy and leading initiatives on Hate Speech and Marginalized Groups at the Oversight Board. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Policy Officer and Head of Research for Freedom of Expression at InternetLab, as well as Associate Lawyer at Lobo & Ibeas Advogados. Thiago's educational credentials include a PhD in International Law and Legal Studies and a Master's degree in Human Rights, both attained from Universidade de São Paulo between 2012 and 2021.
